As a graphic designer for YENSA, I executed numerous design and marketing initiatives.
My contributions included managing all email marketing initaitves, leading the revamp of YENSA Rewards, designing merchandise, packaging, and catalogs.
YENSA
I was responsible for the creative strategy and execution of revamping YENSA’s rewards program. In the six months since the relaunch, there has been a 5.67% increase in sales and a 9.3% increase in average order value among rewards program users.
YENSA Rewards Program
For nine months, I managed all of YENSA’s email marketing. Over this time I increased flow revenue by 47.46%. I was responsible for all email content, including design, copywriting, and scheduling.
Email Marketing
I was responsible for the design and development of YENSA’s cosmetic bags including concept, technical design, communicating with vendors, approving samples, and maintaining the WIP.
